What is your pet policy?
We accept dogs according to the city regulations, and cats. <br>
• There is a maximum number per property, please inquire with the leasing agent. <br>
• A $300 refundable Pet Deposit. <br>
• $35/month fee. <br>
What is the cost to move-in to the property?
• Application: $65 <br>
• Security Deposit due within 72 hours of signing the lease. <br>
• First month's rent is due 48 hours before scheduled time to receive keys.
What are your lease terms?
We offer from 11-18 month terms.

What qualifications do you require to live at the property?
We run eviction, credit, rental history, and employment
checks for all applicants. Further acceptance criteria is as follows: <br> Credit above 650, Income to rent ratio is 2.0X or greater, No previous evictions in the last five years, up to 2 late payments in a 12-month period, Must meet the Colorado Rental Fairness Act -No conviction within the last five years or any conviction or deferred judgment at any time related to methamphetamine, registered sex offender, Homicide and related offenses, and stalking. We accept individuals who do not meet the credit and income criteria on a case by case basis and our leasing agent can speak with prospects about what other options they have.
What is your co-signer policy?
We welcome co-signers! We require cosigners to pass a credit check and meet the income requirements outlined in our qualifications.
